EMBARASSING A CUSTOMER- BROUGHT TO TEARS

My aunt was at the Meyersdal Woolies last week sometime, and ran in to grab a few things. She is 63 and in ill health, she has lost a lot of weight due to a huge back operation and is using a walking stick to walk. She grabbed the groceries she needed and at the counter all your staff started laughing at her saying that this old lady thinks she is so ***y, loves her body, look how she's dressed. My aunt left the store without her purchase in tears and got back into her car and left in a state. I think this kind of behaviour by your staff is totally unacceptable and disgusting.
