Elsie in Woolworths Menlyn is the difference!

I was looking for the six pack parkling drinks Clemengold Soda for about a week now, since Woolworth was running a special of buy x2 six pack for R149 and was struggling to get the Clemengold in six pack. They would alemways have them in dangles and not as a pak of 6. Yesterday I went to Menlyn and for the first time I found a lady by the name Elsie and she advised that I could buy 6 singles for the price of a pack. She went backstore and got me 3 more singles to add to the ones in the fridge and ushered me to the teller and arranged that I pay for them as a pack. For me that's the Woolworths difference! Elsie made a difference for me. She is the difference personified. She made my day. Kudos 👏 to Elsie.
