Elevators at Woolworths Willowbridge NEVER works

When wanting to shop at Woolworths Willowbridge, the elevators from the paid parking never works.

When I reported this to the Willowbridge Centre Management, their response was load shedding. However, the elevators are not working when there is no load shedding. This makes it extremely difficult to walk up and down the stairs for elderly people, especially those with knee problems.

It seems like Willowbridge Centre Management will NOT do anything about the elevators.
