Elderly Woman stuck without her order

ORDER NUMBER o*** This is an emergency complaint. My mom is so elderly and frail and yesterday Woolworths did NOT deliver her last delivery for this time. We ordered enough food for her and it didn't arrive. We are 80 kilometers from her and they will not allow us to drive nor go in there. My mother PAYS on her woolworths card. We are DESPERATELY worried. Their online queries number does NOT work today at all. Woolworths have always been excellent to her, but she has been dropped.
