EFT woolworths payment

So disappointed with woolworths, I paid my installment via EFT with a correct reference number on 25 June but accounts dep was unable to trace the payment. Collections department advised me to send proof of payment which I did. Even today 30 July money is still untraceable I had to resend the proof of payment and was not allowed to use my store card even when I paid for the current month. The store manager even saw my proof of payment, still I was not assisted.
