Efficient staff at Centurion Mall Shoe Department

<p>I went to Centurion Mall shoe department looking for a particular shoe and unfortunately could not get the shoe size . Imogen who is the customer consultant at that department did not just give me the shoe and ask me to go to customer service , but she walked with me to customer service and checked with me to see where my preferred shoe size is available . She did not have to do that , but i can assure you of one thing thought , its the fact that I felt so important , I felt like a valued client and not just a number . </p> <p> </p>
