efficient customer service

My colleagues and I were organizing a farewell lunch for a fellow colleague today. There were a few items we required from Woolworths. When I called through to their store I was assisted by Jemina who then took down my contact details as well as the details of the items we required to check if they had stock. Not even five minutes later, Sipho called to inform me that they did have stock and as I indicated to him that we required the items by lunch time today, he offered to put them aside for us.<br> <br> Thank you very much for the professional and efficient service guys. Keep it up!!<br> Its great to know that there is still good customer service out there even in relation to what one may label basic customer service.
