****ed up Service

I bought and undergarment for R425 about 2 weeks ago,got home and did not luke the fit, today I went back to Clearwater mall to get a refund I lost my slip so I was willing to get a gift card. I was told rudely by Thandiwe and Khosi that I can't get a gift card..this is my working hours for **** sake and I'm told to come back when I have the time to shop..in this ****en pandemic I must drive up and down just because of a stupid gift card..I left my item in the store with them..and non of them cared Thandiwe just looked tired to even bother to assist...I will take this up with consumer law offices..I want my refund and I'm not fycken driving back to that store ever again
