Eaten malva pudding

Sharing on behalf of my mother. We weren't able to get malva pudding before Christmas, we went today and so excited bought. Got home to see it's been eaten from!!!! That is so disgusting and low. I expected so much more from this brand. Knowing them, they expect us to come and return it after we drove through, paid parking, bought the malva pudding for R70! And we will have to go through all that again to return their disgusting mistake.
