Eastgate woolworths

On the 1st of May 2023 I went to Woolworths eastgate, I lost my phone there the consultants didn’t even want to assist with calling the control room instead said why didn’t I look after my phone, security told me straight that there’s nothing they can assist with. I asked if they can check the footage maybe the person is still around the store but they refused and flat out told me that they just going to take my contact details just for the sake of it. I ended up being *****ed money from my bank account. I’m sitting here with a 170k loan taken and money withdrawn. Maybe had someone assisted in checking the footage maybe the culprit could have been apprehended so seemingly the security there is just for show. Really disappointed for such a big store
