East Rand Retail don't cater for woman or the elderly

I shop all the time at Woolies at their East Rand Retail 113 North Rand Road Shopping Mall. However it us a nightmare especially when you are taking old people Shopping and now they need the toilet. These extremely clever people only have one set of toilet toilets which I'm sure can not be lawful which they have situated right at the back by the Virgin Active. Now can someone explain how an 88 year old is supposed to walk more than 500 meters which I'm sure it's more than that to get to a toilet without wetting themselves. Really. In fact the toilet is so far we have to get back into the car drive to Virgin Active and hopefully find a parking so that the old girl can pee. Then drive back to woolies to finish the Shopping. Really
