E-voucher not refunded

hello, i was awarded a Woolworth e-voucher by completing an online survey at first it did not work etc then eventually i managed to order a gift card with it on 11 May 2019 my order was processed but it was never delivered and for some reason my order was deleted and was told my e-voucher will be credited but up to today my e-voucher has not been credited because when i try to buy with it i get an insufficient fund response. it is going to 2 months already can woolworths refund my e-voucher already or deliver my gift card. it cannot take this long to solve a query...i have been sending E-mails with no response so please
