E-commerce arm is a mess

<p>I am livid while writing this review because the idiots who work for this company can't even capture one's details properly and to compound the problem, when I tried resetting my password to log into the site I received no purported email with a temporary password in it. ****ing mess, honestly. I want this fixed NOW. </p>
