Duplicate payment

I paid a bill and it was duplicated....since the 25/08 I'm trying to this out....I've been twice to the bank for bank statements which the store requested.....been there and every time the floor managers or manager of the store is in meetings.....I cannot explain how angry I am and disgusted in there service
