DSV delivery service for WOOLIES ONLINE is USELESS

Never order from WOOLIES online - MY DELIVERY HAS BEEN OUT SINCE 8AM on 13 DECEMBER 2019 and STILL have not received it. ONLINE SHOPPING and DSV delivery terrible - I ordered online from woolies on the 1st December, with the expected delivery of the 13 December. I contacted the call centre whom assured me my order was out on delivery, i did 2 follow up calls and did not receive my order. i called again on the 14 December, was promised delivery on Tuesday 17 December. I called again on Tuesday and the delivery is still out but never got delivered. I followed up again today 18 December and my delivery is still out. the call centre staff was helpful - but DSV is completely and utterly unprofessional. I have spent additional costs on my behalf for a service and quality i pay for.
