DRY CHOCOLATE SPOUNGE CAKES😩😭

I don't know where to begin, I bought a Dry chocolate SPOUNGE cake and it is so hard to even cut, nobody wants to eat it.

I would like a refund or a new cake. It was bought at springs mall however I don't think I still have the receipt but the cake is still in the fridge. This is really dissapointing honestly because Woolies is known to always deliver😩😩
