Dreadful service

Trying to buy a take away coffee on Tuesday 15th September was such a mission. For a start, all the staff behind the counter were arguing with each other. No one seemed to know what they were doing. It was complete chaos. The training of the staff was obviously non-existent. Arguing in front of the customers is a definite no no. Train your staff correctly!!
