Dreadful Delivery Service

Order online and you have to select a delivery slot approximately 2 weeks out. Then they fail to deliver on the day of delivery during the 6 hour allotted time frame and don't even have the decency to contact you about the delay. Still waiting and still no communication about when to expect delivery.
