Double standards by hypocrites at Woolworths

Woolworths scan right policy instore signage never mentioned that textile section itemsare exclude on it's T's & C's

Signage was up in textile section a month ago. When enquiring through their customer service I got this reply "Kindly note the scanning policy is not applicable for textiles items only for foods items"

How possible is that CPA policy is applicable in one section of the business only? Signage was up at kids section as well as the entire store. Why make policy/promise that you can't honour. This is ********* business practice.
