Double standards

Good day

On Saturday i purchased chicken at store in Constantia emporium. The chicken was off and i went back to the store today. The situation was not dealt in a good way. I feel woolworths have double standards, because when i purchase at woolworths in constantia. They are helpful and willing to assist their customers. It is not fair and just.
