Double Plain Yoghurt 1 kg

We are buying a lot of double cream yoghurt from Woollies. Lately I have many times complain about the yoghurt. It is not thick and creamy as it use to be and as the label suggested it is. It is watery. They said a few times that they will take it up with the supplier but never does, because nothing change and they don't get back to me no more. It is not right to state something on the label and sell something else in the container. All I ask is to do a regular audit on the supplier, check the amount of whey he is adding, is the culture still alive (those can contribute to the watery product). . Do the right thing Woollies, thats what you stand for previously. What have changed not to want to do the right thing anymore?. Thanks End
