Double paid for a mini 1kg cake and ****ins.

I ordered a cake online at Woolies and I am usually generally happy about their cake sizes, I was super shocked when I saw the size of the 1KG with the price I paid, I was stunned and I took it back and I got another cake. I have initially paid for the loan already and the you guys went into my account and deducted further R500 and some odds meaning I paid for 1 cake twice. I called into the contact centre on the 19/10/2025 and was told the money will be paid within 7days and nothing still, I did a follow up again on the 1st of November and was told i will get callback from finance team within 24hrs and it has been more than 24hrs and still have not heard anything from you guys and this is pathetic, because I need my money asap.
