Double charging on credit card!

Woolworths double charge credit cards on the online shop! 1st charge on checkout 2nd charge after delivery! Try to sort this out for over a week! Called the call center do answer send emails no reply and even went to the store they cant assist me! I really dont recommend to shop online with them!
