Door dash service is bad

I ordered 4 items from Woolworths door dash. I only received 3 items.

When I called customer service they say they substituted my 2L cook for 1.5L but when the driver got here my Coke was not with the driver. Customer service said they would call me back, I am still waiting on the call.
