dont want to exchange the shoes

<p>I bought my daughtera pair of shoes for winter she only wore them 4times now they are torn and i am being told i cannot return them for exchange i mean if they were for daily use i would understand why should i buy at Woolies if they cannot take care of me as their client. It not my fault that this shoes has a manufacture default.Very dissapointed</p>
