Don't use Woolworths online shopping- they will take your money and not deliver

Beware of purchasing from Woolworths online- they don't deliver in the time slot you book, they take your money, and you will get NOTHING for it, and then they will ignore all your requests for help. I purchased some clothing from their online website and booked for delivery in the 6 - 8pm slot on Tuesday evening (as I was going to be at work until 5pm and then would need to get home). However, 8pm came and went and I received NOTHING. Now, I had 4 missed calls from my flat block at 4pm (when I was in a meeting at work and so my phone wasn't with me), which is probably when they decided to deliver, despite the fact that I booked for delivery 6 - 8pm (which they clearly decided to ignore). They have taken the money out of my bank account (the debits came through this morning) but I have received no product. I have emailed their "shop online" address, I have called their call center (the first time no answer, the second time they call was picked up but it was completely silent, the third time someone who sounded quite miserable answered but couldn't help, just said they need to contact the courier and "will let me know" (still have not gotten back to me). USELESS!!!!
