DON'T BUY ONLINE FROM WOOLWORTHS!

I purchased a gift online on Sept 29th. A few days later I was told that the one item was out of stock and the other would be delivered. On Oct 9th the order was still not delivered and after numerous attempts at emailing my query through with no response, I decided to call. I was then informed that the truck was hijacked and the money would be refunded to my account. Today is the 19th Oct and still no refund. I called again today and they said that they have reprocessed the refund and I have to wait another 5 days for my money. They are pathetic and they provide ZERO customer service or feedback whatsoever. Don't waste your time buying from them!
