Don't apply for a credit card at Woolworths. Waste of time and effort.

Woolworths sent me an offer to apply for a credit card. So I did. Sent all the necessary paperwork. Followed-up three times because I didn't receive feedback and was worried about *****.

Everytime they would tell me they have a huge backlog.

So I phoned this morning and they told me my application was cancelled because it took too long.

So I promptly provided all requested documentation, escalated me request, but now I have to go through the whole process again because Woolworths can't handle their backlog! Pathetic service.
