DON'T TAKE OUT LOANS WITH WOOLWORTHS

Last year, I took out a loan with Woolworths Financial Services. Telephonically, the premium was agreed, but when they took their debit order, it was more than the agreed amount. I contacted them telling them I want the telephonic recording and a copy of my contract which they said would be sent to me, till today I still don't have it! The second month's debit order was also more than the agreed amount, so I stopped the debit order and I pay it myself at the store. Now on my statement I am being billed an overdue amount fee. This is total nonsense and when I emailed them, I had a call about 3 or 4 weeks ago, explained the situation, the lady said she would get back to me, till today nothing, and my new statement has another overdue amount fee billed. So be warned everyone, be very careful when deciding to take out a loan with them. I am going to contact the National Credit Regulator and let them assist me with this because it's not right what Woolworths is doing.
