Does Woolworths really care

I recently observed at this branch that their chicken was stacked high and what interested me was the fact the current day was on top and that the one far down was the fresher with a sellby date 4 days later. Upon further investigation i found chicken with a thumb made hole which was starting to rot. When i approached the store manager to querry this she was first a bit arrogant but when i presented her with the facts she quickly called the person responsible to quickly get rid off the chicken. This i appreciated because chicken can lead to serious diseases if i am not mistaken? What further upset me is that this chicken was then placed on the selves at the back to be given to the less fortunate as advertised on their truck. HOW CAN YOU DO THIS???. I went a week later back and the store manager let me go to the back MY GOSH was i upset when i found a lot of rotten chicken only fit for dogs. The staff put the best and prime packages for themselves and the left overs for the less fortunate. Does Woolworths not train their staff to check to see if this chicken is rotten???DISGUSTING WOOLWORTHS SHAME.
