Does this not constitute theft????????

I've been paying loan protection for 6 years, on needing to access the cover was advised that I cannot claim as I work for my husband..... fine, just lost loads of money.... but THEN I request that the loan protection fee not be charged against my personal loan anymore and GUESS WHAT.... the protection fee is on my October 2020 statement, when you call financial services you are told that they cannot reverse said charges...... for how much longer will Woolworths/ABSA be helping themselves to my hard earned money???????
