Does not answer emails

I have sent 2 emails to WCellars at woolworths. I have tried NUMEROUS times to register online and i have physically gone into a W Cellars. NO ONE replies to my emails, no one could help me at W Cellars and you cannot register online.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR YOUR WINE CLUB?????
