Does it take months to figure out where is my R5000, STOP the harassment and fix this

MBD and WOOLWORTHS credit card , harassment but where is my R5000

I am disappointed and ****sed with MBD for not listening to me as a customer and their agents are super disrespectful with no listening s****s. I overpaid , and have asked that MBD follow up on my Woolworths credit card case as there is a R5000 amount that i paid and its is not reflected...its been months of harassment now and still no solution. Must i scream on social media first and go to the Ombudsman?
