Does anyone still work at Woolworths Head Office?

<p>For the last four years I have received my monthly statement from Woolworths via email. I did not receive the September 2016 statement so emailed the Woolworths Financial Services and requested they email me a copy.</p> <p>Sent another email to them on 23rd September as it was not received. Once again on 27 September I emailed the complaints at WFS to request a copy of the statement</p> <p>I then went into the Cresta branch of Woolworths and Florence phoned their head office. I gave the lady on the phone all my details, including my email address and she promised to send me the statement immediately</p> <p>Suffice to say it is now eight days later and I have still not received my statement</p>
