***** Woolies Call Centre

Horrible horrible call center! Useless actually. I called a month ago to increase the amount Woolies debits from my account. They didn't take the new amount lastmonth and I assumed it would happen this month. I called to make sure and Nosi told me that there is no record of my call or me making arrangements. I'm beyond frustrated! The guy that answered the call now when I wanted to lodge a formal complaint, he just put me on hold for 10 moms and then when the line went back it was silent. I don't know why woolies is being so *****.
