Do you not want me to pay you?

I've asked for a settlement on my credit card numerously - I've even complained on Hallo Peter 2 weeks ago. I still get sent from pillar to post.<br> <br> Do you not want me to repay you? I've got the money to settle - but it seems as if you would rather write the balance off as bad debt.<br> <br> Can some one please just assist me with a settlement?
