DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE????

I have (without being told), been handed over. The least you guys could do is call me or tell me who I need to talk to, to make payment plans or something. ALL the other institutions have done that....guess if you don't have money nobody treats you well. It's not like I am some kind of ********, I do want to make arrangements, I did with the other places. So don't treat me like one!!!!. I go into the woolworths to pay my credit card, just to get told the cashiers can only help me make a payment, but they can't tell me what the amount is. I have not been permanently employed for quite a long while now, so yes I am aware I owe money. I am able to settle the account now.....but get stumbling blocks all the way. All I want to do is pay this account and get rid of this card for once and for all!!!!!....WHY is that so hard??????.

UPDATE: I got messages teling me somebody will get back to me....WHEN???WHEN I OWE MORE MONEY!!!!???????...this is BS
