Do not use Woolworths online

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Woolworths.

I paid for express delivery expecting reliable and timely service, but my order was not delivered as promised. Instead, I was given false information stating that delivery could not be completed because I was “unreachable,” which is completely untrue. I was home the entire day and did not receive a single call, message, or attempt at delivery.

This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. Customers should not have to pay extra for a service that is not delivered, and even worse, be given inaccurate excuses instead of accountability.

What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of urgency in resolving the issue. For a brand that prides itself on quality and customer service, this experience has been incredibly disappointing and far below expectations.

I will seriously reconsider using Woolworths for online orders in the future if this is the level of service customers receive.
