Do not open an account with woolworths

Woolworths has charged me for having a card with them. I had struggled with payment they harrased me then i paid up. No i have not used thier card in a year and they continously call me to pay but they charge me for the calls admin fees and legal fees but the last transcation i had with woolworths was a year ago where i purchased something from them. Now the said they are giving me a discount on a card i have not used and i paid only to tell me that i still need to pay tye rest. I do not understand why they target underpriledged young people to open accounts from them if they know that they charfe you for having an account with them.
