DO NOT get a Woolworths Credit Card

My experience is specifically with Woolworths Financial services. I have a Woolies credit card and have used in store payments to pay my credit card. I made a payment into my Woolworths card on the 5th of Feb and 5 days later it has not yet reflected. I contacted Woolworths financial services and they confirmed they have received the payment but have not given me any feedback on where my payment is. I cannot believe this is acceptable from a Bank (ie ABSA).
