Do not buy from Woolworths online

I am so shocked at the service I received from woolworths and do jot plan on leaving this here. I ordered things online, it was never delivered on the dates they informed me it will be delivered and after I had to follow up after nearly a month WW phoned, apologised and said all things that I order AND paid for was unpacked and is no longer available, they will arrange a new date for the things that are available and send me an sms voicher for the things no longer available. Since then I attended 3 WW stores, phoned and wasted nearly 5 hours since the gift voucher sms they send cannot be used, as it was used on 18 March in Centurion. I dont even live near Centurion AND I was jot even on the country then!! I am so shocked and saddened by this. It has now escalated to the store manager in Vereeniging, but it is shocking being transferred to 4 different departments on both their side and mine.
