Do not buy from Woolworths. Items are very bad quality.

I bought a school bag for my son last year. The zip is broken and I am being told that I cannot return it as I bought it more than 6 months ago. I cannot understand how I can pay R380 fora bag that lasts for only 1 year. This does not make any sense to me. As a client that spends way too much money at your store I am done buying anything from you and it seems like you are more than happy to see me go. I will spend my money somewhere else. Does Woolworths not stand for quality? If that is the case then you need to make make with quality zips.
