Do i need to beg for service?

Why am i having to beg you for my order. Why am i having to call you everyday, to be promised a call back and receive nothing? Why did you close my order as delivered when you know it was hijacked? Why couldn't you notify me instead of waiting for me to call you ?

May i please get my money back as you have completely failed me.
