Dissatisfied with Woolworths online shop

Super dissatisfied with Woolworths online.

I ordered a shirt from them on the 26 of November 2021. For delivery on the 10th of December. Received delay for delivery for the 14th of December. Only to then get cancelation of my order that they do not have stock. Why make it orderable if there's no stock. I did not even get a notification that the amount debited would be onhold. Their service is ****
