Dissatisfied with service levels

I had a personal loan, store card as well as a credit card with Woolworths Loan account was paid up 21/02/2019 Store card was paid up on 20/03/2019 Credit card was paid up 20/06/2019 When I draw a credit report it still reflects that there is outstanding balances on these accounts. I would like for them to update my accounts as I do not owe them any money. Please give a true reflection of my account balances
