Dissatisfied with online services.

Disappointed in your online service! I specifically added a note that I work between 11am and 3pm and will only be able to be there before or after. The driver arrived 2pm as I was busy with my class which caused huge issues for me. I sent an email and tried to phone but with no response! I ordered online again and the same thing has happened. I've sent countless emails and been trying to get to customer services with no answer or response! Clearly you are not able to deliver according to your promises!
