Dissatisfied customer

I am a Wollie's account holder. I have requested a settlement letter on my loan, the settlement letter was requested on Wednesday 22 November 2023. I was told that the turn around time is 24-48 hours. It's now a full week. I called Woolworths more than 10 times and they keep on promising that I will receive my settlement letter. That is such an inconvenience for me
