Dissatisfied by Woolworths Now Now in Sandton City

The newly opened Woolworth now now have such bad customer service. Long waiting times, after waiting for more than the allocated time I requested to please leave my Ruby G****fruit drink at the till until my food is ready due to not wanting to drink a warm beverage. The sales person refused.

I further asked to why and they gave no reasoning instead asked me to step aside.

My first experience as a woolies consumer at this particular outlet was an ultimate disappointment.
