Dissapointing service Woolworths

I ordered food from the Woolworths online store. The food was delivered with items missing. I called customer care 4 times now and they have promised each time that the items would be delivered. The last time I called was yesterday and again they promised my delivery. That delivery did not arrive. It has been 8 days. This is unacceptable.

My order number is ***. I would like to get a refund for all the items that were not delivered as it is obvious I will never get my order. Very disspointed.
