DISSAPOINTING ****INS

I purchased a pack of Woolies bran ****ins. I admit, they are NOT the cheapest but I've always enjoyed them. To my dissapointment, these ****ins were horrid. They crumbled when you tried to take them out the packaging. Can't cut them in half, butter them... nothing. The texture was horrible. Like an old biscuit. I sent Woolies Customer Care 2 emails a month ago, and to date no one has bothered to answer me. I don't want to purchase from them again as it seems their product quality is deteriorating.
